LifeVision Participant Workbook

This is the collection of worksheets and maps for program participants. The workbook is designed to accompany a one-on-one LifeVision client session or LifeVision workshop. Each workbook contains a complete set of worksheets and 5 colorful large-scale maps for participants to “see” where they’ve been and “draw out” where they want to go next.

A series of worksheets accompany each large-scale map. The worksheets are uniquely designed to provide participants a supportive setting for recording thoughts, feelings and other relevant information. The Worksheet content prepares participants to create their own maps.

The large-scale LifeVision maps contain full-color graphics that take their cue from nature. Simplistic graphics of trees, mountains, and other natural landscapes provide the backdrop on which participants will personalize and depict the story of their lives, reconnect with themselves, and see their vision for the future.
